How it works

Simple, personal, and old-fashioned. Here's what to expect when you order from Norm.

1. 1. You place an order.

   Pick your size(s), add any notes, and check out. There's an optional tip jar for Norman.

2. 2. Pay online at checkout.

   Full payment is due up front so Norm can buy materials and get to work right away. Secure card payment through Stripe.

3. 3. Norm builds it by hand.

   Each piece is cut, glued, clamped, sanded, primed and painted after you order. Takes real time to do it right.

4. 4. DFW pickup, October 2026.

   First pickup window is the first week of October 2026 in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Norm will reach out with exact time & location.

5. 5. Enjoy it for years.

   Use it as pictured, and it'll last. If anything's off, just let Norm know.
